We all have experienced, that life is a matter of choices. Wearing a smile is a choice that we occasionally do it genuinely. But what we forget is choosing to always be happy will eventually never make you sad.
With the advent of the busy-bee life and the life of cut-throat competitions, it is difficult to stay focused and be happy. With so many distractions that can make you unhappy, it is very difficult to be rooted. Here I have observed something which can be practiced to be happy without a reason or by creating a reason.
1. No Reason needed to be Happy. Still you want, smile at why you haven’t laughed for Hours
2. Plans might not be perfect, you might not get the best results, Yet smile because you tried.
3. Have positive thoughts, while observing around. Never let the surroundings hit the negative node of your mind.
4. Made Mistake? Something went wrong. Admit and move on. That’s the formula for life.
5. Be the best friend of Yourself.
6. Compliment yourself.
7. Dreams will come true someday, till than just try to make your way to them, with a smile.
8. Depression? just start doing something that can turn the sorrow into a smile.
9. Love the people around, this makes life easier.
10. The formula of doing one good a day is true. Give a smile to someone, they will return you at the same time and regularly.
