There was a study by Kent State University, in which they found that the people who are addict to their mobiles are firstly investing three hours of the day in just checking their mobiles. Secondly, if a person takes a photo of any painting with its mobile, tend to remember less about the paintings. The person who had the simple glance at the painting remembers much more.
3. You have the less chance to suffer from Depression
Psychologists have proved that the people with addiction of phone, are more tend to suffer from depression and emotional instability. One study found that the addiction turns them moody. It stands for No Mobile Phobia. In one survey, 73% of the respondents said that they were almost never more than five feet away from their phone. So, think about the addiction. And you are safe from it.
